Bail Smoke Test
Verifies bail detection, recovery, and anti-loop protection
"Bail is a moment, not a loop."
What This Test Proves
- 1. Normal skating does NOT cause instant bail (no false positives)
- 2. Bail CAN trigger when conditions are extreme (works when needed)
- 3. Recovery completes: BAILED -> RECOVERING -> RIDING
- 4. Invulnerability window prevents immediate re-bail
- 5. No bail loops: state machine has proper guards
