  • • Chunk keys are stable (WorldId + ChunkCoord)
  • • Load/unload order is deterministic given the same player path
  • • Collision geometry created exactly once and destroyed exactly once
  • • Entering/leaving chunk boundaries never causes physics explosions
  • • Respawn always lands in a valid loaded chunk
